How we work
Iced on the morning of pickup
We finish every cupcake the day it leaves the kitchen — never the night before. That means the buttercream has a soft spring, the sponge is still humming, and the garnishes have not had time to wilt.
Boxes are packaged in low compostable trays so the icing arrives the way it left us. We can also break a single box across two flavours if you want a little variety.
